We are Keolis Amey Wales, the provider of Transport for Wales’ Rail Services. We are a joint venture comprising French multinational, Keolis, a leading global operator of progressive public transport systems; and leading infrastructure support specialists, British multinational, Amey.
In 2018, Transport for Wales awarded us the 15-year contract to run the railways across Wales and the Borders on their behalf. Our plan, however, is about more than just running the railways. We are creating a transformative travel experience around Wales and the Borders, one that will help shape the future of a nation.
Our vision is to create a world-class railway that will enable Wales to prosper for generations to come. Delivering this depends upon the quality of our 3000 people and the environment we create for them to thrive and realise their unique potential.
As Head of HR, Business Partnering, you will play a critical role in firmly positioning HR as business-driven function. You will lead, coach and inspire a team of HRBPs to drive forward our strategic transformational change agenda. This will require you to shape our approach to workforce planning, to employee relations, to the attraction and development of our senior leaders, and the overall delivery of a strategic and operational support service to line managers across our business.
If you are passionate about the delivery of strategically focused HR, if you believe in the power of public transport, and if you thrive in an ever changing environment, and are not daunted by the ambiguities and challenge associated with such change, then read the attached candidate brief for further information about the role.
To submit an application, please send a CV and covering statement explaining why you are right for the role to email@example.com with the job title and job reference number (20A/220) as the subject title. Please note, we are working towards first stage interviews from the w/c 24th August.
