As a commercially focused individual, you will ensure that the customers journey is at the forefront of what you do, working to minimise disruption to their journeys and the overall impact on the organisation.
You will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a detailed assessment and analysis of the impacts of maintenance, renewals and enhancements of the railway on its users and will work to understand and influence its delivery. As a result, an understanding of the industry structure is advantageous, with a key focus on the regulatory and contractual framework, as well as passenger flows and their behaviours.
As a highly organised individual, you will be able to juggle multiple tasks with proven experience of working to tight deadlines.
You will also be a highly experienced IT user who is efficient in all Microsoft Office packages, with the ability to analyse data effectively; you will be required to interpret and tailor complex data and present the information to multiple stakeholders.
